Our activewear sampling project began when an established German fashion brand decided to expand from fashion apparel into activewear. The client had already completed its own designs and initial samples in Germany and needed a manufacturing partner who could quickly confirm suitable fabrics and brand colors before bulk production.
After receiving the original samples, we focused on fabric selection, color matching and sample development. Within just three days, we completed the sampling process and confirmed the required fabric and color direction with the client.
With the key requirements established, the project could move forward to material purchasing, production specifications and bulk production preparation. Throughout the process, we prioritized efficient communication, practical sample adjustments and early identification of potential production issues.
